Q. How do I know if my purchase has been confirmed?

A. Absolutely! Simply log in to your account and check out your existing orders under the “My Orders” section. Orders that have been shipped out will have a tracking number available.

A. When your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking number and order number, so keep an eye on your inbox. You may also get a call from our delivery team. Should there be any questions, please contact us and provide us with your tracking and order numbers.
Q. How do I add items to my cart?
A. Simply find the product that you wish to purchase and use the "Add to Cart" button. Items that are sold out may not be able to be purchased and will display a "Sold Out" badge. You can also proceed to your cart and update the quantities, or remove items, from your order.

Questions about Returns & Refunds
Q. Can I change/return my purchased product?
A. Should you not be satisfied with the purchased product or you've received your order wrongly, please check out the returns process below:
- All products must be purchased from Sony Store Online (Thailand). Receipt / tax invoice with the trackable order number is required.
- Returns and/or exchanges are only available for products that are deemed to be damaged in transit (ie: before you received it). In case of defective or out of order goods, goods return must be done within 7 days of receiving. After 7 days, goods return will not be accepted.
- Products must be returned in the original packaging, and should include any free gifts, warranties, manuals, and other accessories that came together with your item.
- Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded unless a replacement item is shipped out due to being damaged in transit, or faulty when opened.
- In case of refund, it will be based on value of the product at the date of sale only (per the price on the receipt).
REMARKS: The company reserves the right to refuse any goods return or refund if the case does not meet the above requirements.
Q. How soon can Sony process my return request?
A. You will receive a response from Sony within 3 working days.
Q. How do I get a refund?
A. If deemed faulty or damaged before you received your order, Sony will happily replace your purchase with a new item. No additional shipping charges will be added to your order and we’ll help arrange for the replacement to be shipped back to us.
If you would prefer us to refund you, please contact us within 7 days after you've received the product to provide us the details for refund according to Sony's terms and conditions.
For items where an incorrect colour, style or model has been delivered, as long as the item is in its original packaging, Sony will provide an exchange. No exchange will be issued until the item has been returned and inspected, according to Sony’s return policy.
Q. What if I change my mind?
Please choose carefully as refunds and returns are not provided for change of mind.
Q. Will my redeemed points be refunded if I cancel my order?
A. The redeemed points of your purchase will be fully refunded to your member account when the products and services are cancelled. Terms and conditions apply.

Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. For any purchase from Sony Store Online (Thailand) of 2,000 baht and above, delivery fee is FREE regardless of the size of the item, be it TV or an audio device.
Q. Can I get my delivery left at my doorstep or hidden somewhere at the door?
A. To ensure that you get the parcel safely and to avoid any damages to your parcel while it is left unattended, we require a signature when our friendly delivery team comes to your house.
Q. Do you ship overseas?
A. Shipping is only available to customers within Thailand only.
Q. What is the expected delivery time?
A. We are usually able to dispatch your items within 3 working days, if items are in-stock and fully paid. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday may take longer as it will only be processed on the next working day.
During sale/promotion period, we may experience a huge influx of orders which may mean a delay. Please allow us to dispatch your items usually within 5 working days.
REMARKS: Should payment not be cleared, there may be a delay on delivery of your order.
Q. What notifications will I get about delivery?

If you are not available at the time of your delivery attempt, our delivery team will try to re-deliver to you at another time. However, in the case of more than 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, shipping fee will be charged for the next attempt.
Q. Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
A. Our delivery team may attempt deliveries during the weekend, and on some holidays. However, if you are not available at the given address on the weekend, please contact the delivery staff who would have contacted you before the parcel is delivered.
Q. I have already ordered but need my order now, can Sony speed up the delivery?
A. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite the delivery of orders. However, we will in our best effort deliver your parcel within the indicated delivery time.
Q. Can Sony deliver the items to my office?
A. Yes, we will deliver your order to the address you provided during checkout, regardless whether it is your home address or office address, as long as it is within Thailand.
Q. What if I am not at home when the package arrives?
A. If you’re unavailable to receive your package when it arrives, the delivery team will attempt to re-deliver it to you on the next working day. Please note that it is currently not possible to request for a specific delivery day and/or timing (even for re-deliveries).
Q. My goods were damaged while being delivered, what do I do?
A. We understand the disappointment in opening a new product only to see it broken. Please refuse to accept the product from the delivery staff immediately once you notice that the product packaging has some defects and please contact us right away.

A. You may return goods we have delivered to you for repair by contacting our service team here. We understand that sometimes large items (TVs & stereos) cannot be shipped easily so our service team will happily arrange an inspection.
Sony will assess and repair products within a reasonable time. This time frame will be communicated via the service team but may vary due to part availability or fault diagnosis. Where possible, all fees (labour, freight, assessment) will be communicated for purchases not covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Where a fault is not found, there may be a service fee involved.
Q. What happens to my data on a product that is repaired?
A. Please ensure, where possible, all data is backed up on recordable media (flash drives, computer hard drives, camera memory cards, mobile phone contacts. Depending on repair requirements, some data may be lost. Sony is not liable for any data not backed up.
Q. Are these products locally sourced, or parallel imported?
A. All products sold through Sony Thai Co., Ltd. are authentic and sold directly from the manufacturer and are not parallel imports.

A. Should you not be satisfied with the purchased product or you've received your order wrongly, please check out the returns process below:
- All products must be purchased from Sony Store Online (Thailand). Receipt / tax invoice with the trackable order number is required.
- Returns and/or exchanges are only available for products that are deemed to be damaged in transit (ie: before you received it). In case of defective or out of order goods, goods return must be done within 7 days of receiving. After 7 days, goods return will not be accepted.
- Products must be returned in the original packaging, and should include any free gifts, warranties, manuals, and other accessories that came together with your item.
- Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded unless a replacement item is shipped out due to being damaged in transit, or faulty when opened.
- In case of refund, it will be based on value of the product at the date of sale only (per the price on the receipt).

A. Your Sony Store account qualifies you for membership with the My Sony program, and upon purchasing THB 5,000 in a month, you will also automatically qualify for the Sony Store Members program. Your account is what you use to sign in to Sony online services such as buying products online, lodging a product support request, receiving emails, participating in competitions or events and providing feedback about your products or these services. It makes your experiences with Sony more personal and relevant to you.

Q. How do I know if my purchase has been confirmed?
A. Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number. Should you not receive this email confirmation, please contact us for more assistance.
Q. Can I see the status of my order in My Account?
A. Absolutely! Simply log in to your account and check out your existing orders under the “My Orders” section. Orders that have been shipped out will have a tracking number available.
Q. How do I track my order?
A. When your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking number and order number, so keep an eye on your inbox. You may also get a call from our delivery team. Should there be any questions, please contact us and provide us with your tracking and order numbers.
Q. How do I add items to my cart?
A. Simply find the product that you wish to purchase and use the "Add to Cart" button. Items that are sold out may not be able to be purchased and will display a "Sold Out" badge. You can also proceed to your cart and update the quantities, or remove items, from your order.

Questions about Returns & Refunds
Q. Can I change/return my purchased product?
A. Should you not be satisfied with the purchased product or you've received your order wrongly, please check out the returns process below:
- All products must be purchased from Sony Store Online (Thailand). Receipt / tax invoice with the trackable order number is required.
- Returns and/or exchanges are only available for products that are deemed to be damaged in transit (ie: before you received it). In case of defective or out of order goods, goods return must be done within 7 days of receiving. After 7 days, goods return will not be accepted.
- Products must be returned in the original packaging, and should include any free gifts, warranties, manuals, and other accessories that came together with your item.
- Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded unless a replacement item is shipped out due to being damaged in transit, or faulty when opened.
- In case of refund, it will be based on value of the product at the date of sale only (per the price on the receipt).
REMARKS: The company reserves the right to refuse any goods return or refund if the case does not meet the above requirements.
Q. How soon can Sony process my return request?
A. You will receive a response from Sony within 3 working days.
Q. How do I get a refund?
A. If deemed faulty or damaged before you received your order, Sony will happily replace your purchase with a new item. No additional shipping charges will be added to your order and we’ll help arrange for the replacement to be shipped back to us.
If you would prefer us to refund you, please contact us within 7 days after you've received the product to provide us the details for refund according to Sony's terms and conditions.
For items where an incorrect colour, style or model has been delivered, as long as the item is in its original packaging, Sony will provide an exchange. No exchange will be issued until the item has been returned and inspected, according to Sony’s return policy.
Q. What if I change my mind?
Please choose carefully as refunds and returns are not provided for change of mind.
Q. Will my redeemed points be refunded if I cancel my order?
A. The redeemed points of your purchase will be fully refunded to your member account when the products and services are cancelled. Terms and conditions apply.

Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. For any purchase from Sony Store Online (Thailand) of 2,000 baht and above, delivery fee is FREE regardless of the size of the item, be it TV or an audio device.
Q. Can I get my delivery left at my doorstep or hidden somewhere at the door?
A. To ensure that you get the parcel safely and to avoid any damages to your parcel while it is left unattended, we require a signature when our friendly delivery team comes to your house.
Q. Do you ship overseas?
A. Shipping is only available to customers within Thailand only.
Q. What is the expected delivery time?
A. We are usually able to dispatch your items within 3 working days, if items are in-stock and fully paid. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday may take longer as it will only be processed on the next working day.
During sale/promotion period, we may experience a huge influx of orders which may mean a delay. Please allow us to dispatch your items usually within 5 working days.
REMARKS: Should payment not be cleared, there may be a delay on delivery of your order.

If you are not available at the time of your delivery attempt, our delivery team will try to re-deliver to you at another time. However, in the case of more than 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, shipping fee will be charged for the next attempt.
Q. Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
A. Our delivery team may attempt deliveries during the weekend, and on some holidays. However, if you are not available at the given address on the weekend, please contact the delivery staff who would have contacted you before the parcel is delivered.
Q. I have already ordered but need my order now, can Sony speed up the delivery?
A. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite the delivery of orders. However, we will in our best effort deliver your parcel within the indicated delivery time.
Q. Can Sony deliver the items to my office?
A. Yes, we will deliver your order to the address you provided during checkout, regardless whether it is your home address or office address, as long as it is within Thailand.
Q. What if I am not at home when the package arrives?
A. If you’re unavailable to receive your package when it arrives, the delivery team will attempt to re-deliver it to you on the next working day. Please note that it is currently not possible to request for a specific delivery day and/or timing (even for re-deliveries).
Q. My goods were damaged while being delivered, what do I do?
A. We understand the disappointment in opening a new product only to see it broken. Please refuse to accept the product from the delivery staff immediately once you notice that the product packaging has some defects and please contact us right away.

Q. How do I get my product repaired?
A. You may return goods we have delivered to you for repair by contacting our service team here. We understand that sometimes large items (TVs & stereos) cannot be shipped easily so our service team will happily arrange an inspection.
Sony will assess and repair products within a reasonable time. This time frame will be communicated via the service team but may vary due to part availability or fault diagnosis. Where possible, all fees (labour, freight, assessment) will be communicated for purchases not covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Where a fault is not found, there may be a service fee involved.
Q. What happens to my data on a product that is repaired?
A. Please ensure, where possible, all data is backed up on recordable media (flash drives, computer hard drives, camera memory cards, mobile phone contacts. Depending on repair requirements, some data may be lost. Sony is not liable for any data not backed up.
Q. Are these products locally sourced, or parallel imported?
A. All products sold through Sony Thai Co., Ltd. are authentic and sold directly from the manufacturer and are not parallel imports.

Q. Can I use multiple coupon codes on the same order?
A. You are only able to key in one coupon code per order.
Q. How long is the coupon code valid for?
A. It varies. The expiration date of the coupon code will usually be indicated and communicated clearly.

A. We are unable to apply coupon codes for existing orders. Coupon codes must be entered when you are at Payment step during checkout.
Q. Can I redeem my Sony Store loyalty points together with the coupon code in the same order?

Q. Can I change/return my purchased product?
A. Should you not be satisfied with the purchased product or you've received your order wrongly, please check out the returns process below:
- All products must be purchased from Sony Store Online (Thailand). Receipt / tax invoice with the trackable order number is required.
- Returns and/or exchanges are only available for products that are deemed to be damaged in transit (ie: before you received it). In case of defective or out of order goods, goods return must be done within 7 days of receiving. After 7 days, goods return will not be accepted.
- Products must be returned in the original packaging, and should include any free gifts, warranties, manuals, and other accessories that came together with your item.
- Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded unless a replacement item is shipped out due to being damaged in transit, or faulty when opened.
- In case of refund, it will be based on value of the product at the date of sale only (per the price on the receipt).
REMARKS: The company reserves the right to refuse any goods return or refund if the case does not meet the above requirements.
Q. How soon can Sony process my return request?

Q. How do I get a refund?
A. If deemed faulty or damaged before you received your order, Sony will happily replace your purchase with a new item. No additional shipping charges will be added to your order and we’ll help arrange for the replacement to be shipped back to us.
If you would prefer us to refund you, please contact us within 7 days after you've received the product to provide us the details for refund according to Sony's terms and conditions.
For items where an incorrect colour, style or model has been delivered, as long as the item is in its original packaging, Sony will provide an exchange. No exchange will be issued until the item has been returned and inspected, according to Sony’s return policy.

A. For any purchase from Sony Store Online (Thailand) of 2,000 baht and above, delivery fee is FREE regardless of the size of the item, be it TV or an audio device.
Q. Can I get my delivery left at my doorstep or hidden somewhere at the door?
A. To ensure that you get the parcel safely and to avoid any damages to your parcel while it is left unattended, we require a signature when our friendly delivery team comes to your house.

Q. What is the expected delivery time?
A. We are usually able to dispatch your items within 3 working days, if items are in-stock and fully paid. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday may take longer as it will only be processed on the next working day.

Sony will assess and repair products within a reasonable time. This time frame will be communicated via the service team but may vary due to part availability or fault diagnosis. Where possible, all fees (labour, freight, assessment) will be communicated for purchases not covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Where a fault is not found, there may be a service fee involved.
Q. What happens to my data on a product that is repaired?

Questions about Returns & Refunds
Q. Can I change/return my purchased product?
A. Should you not be satisfied with the purchased product or you've received your order wrongly, please check out the returns process below:
- All products must be purchased from Sony Store Online (Thailand). Receipt / tax invoice with the trackable order number is required.
- Returns and/or exchanges are only available for products that are deemed to be damaged in transit (ie: before you received it). In case of defective or out of order goods, goods return must be done within 7 days of receiving. After 7 days, goods return will not be accepted.
- Products must be returned in the original packaging, and should include any free gifts, warranties, manuals, and other accessories that came together with your item.
- Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded unless a replacement item is shipped out due to being damaged in transit, or faulty when opened.
- In case of refund, it will be based on value of the product at the date of sale only (per the price on the receipt).
REMARKS: The company reserves the right to refuse any goods return or refund if the case does not meet the above requirements.

Q. How do I get a refund?
A. If deemed faulty or damaged before you received your order, Sony will happily replace your purchase with a new item. No additional shipping charges will be added to your order and we’ll help arrange for the replacement to be shipped back to us.

With the ZV-E10 you can concentrate on the more creative aspects of vlogging. The camera's Eye AF feature uses sophisticated detection algorithms to recognise and track a subject's eyes quickly and accurately, keeping a tight focus on a person's eyes.
Precise focus transitions for smooth-looking product reviews
With just the press of a button, you can activate the ZV-E10's Product Showcase Setting, ideal for product review videos. With the setting activated, whenever you hold a product up in front of the camera the focus will shift automatically to that object, and then back to your face again when you move the product out of frame. This setting is available even when image stabilisation is set to Active.
Easy background blur control
There's no need for complicated manual adjustments – just press a single button to turn background blurring (bokeh) on and off. The button switches between a blurred, bokeh-rich background and a clearly focused one, skipping all the complex setting.

The ZV-E10 is designed to produce healthy and natural-looking skin tones for everyone without extra editing. Thanks to the ZV-E10’s natural colour tuning, the camera automatically fine-tunes skin appearance.
Smooth, soft skin appearance
The ZV-E10 features a Soft Skin Effect to smooth your skin's appearance. The feature is designed to smooth out your skin while preserving sharpness in the eye and mouth regions. You can select from four levels (from "off" to "high") to determine the level of this effect, depending on your preference.
Stay brightly lit wherever you go
Even when lighting conditions change abruptly, the ZV-E10 makes sure that you'll always be brightly lit. From direct sunlight and backlit angles to shadows and dimly lit interior corners, the camera detects the subject's face and automatically handles changes in brightness, performing rapid exposure adjustments to compensate.
Smooth and stable images even while walking
The ZV-E10 will help keep things smooth and steady when you're on the move. Active Mode electronic image stabilisation delivers stable video footage with minimal shake and blur during hand-held recording, and it's available even when the Product Showcase Setting is on.
Easy sped-up and slowed-down motion
The camera's Slow & Quick Motion modes record videos up to 5x slower than real time or up to 60x faster. You can record at up to 50 Mbps with full HD quality, and it's all done in-camera, so you don't need to do any editing on a PC. You can also do high-speed full HD recording at 120fps to create high-resolution slow-motion sequences in post production.
Designed for clear voice recording
Equipped with a built-in Directional 3-Capsule Mic, the ZV-E10 records voices clearly even in crowded settings. It's optimised to capture voices in front of the camera with fewer distracting ambient sounds, perfect for vlogging use.
Clear recording even outdoors
The ZV-E10 comes with a wind screen, allowing worry-free recording when shooting outside. The supplied wind screen can be easily attached to the Multi Interface (MI) Shoe to reduce noise in windy conditions.

Unlike with conventional analog audio transmission, you'll never need to worry about cable signal interference. Just pair the ZV-E10 with any Sony microphone that supports a Digital Audio Interface via an MI Shoe for clear, low-noise, all-digital audio. Easy sound monitoring
Make sure that you're getting exactly the audio stream that you're hoping for. The ZV-E10 features a standard 3.5mm headphone output, so you can connect a set of headphones to monitor whether the audio is being properly recorded.

The Bluetooth®-enabled GP-VPT2BT grip (sold separately) provides easy, cable-free remote control of recording and zoom controls along with a custom button. Zoom and record operations are accessible for one-handed shooting, and the Bokeh Switch is also assigned by default to an easy-to-reach button for operation with a single touch.
Vertical shooting without the complications
Movies shot in a vertical orientation can be viewed the same way on a PC or smartphone, thanks to metadata recorded by the camera. There's no need to rotate the video manually, convenient when you're sharing your work on social media.

The ZV-E10 makes it easy to share 4K movies and still images after shooting. Even when the camera is turned off, your images can continue to be transferred wirelessly from the camera to a smartphone, to be shared as soon as you’re ready.
Edit movies from your smartphone
Movie footage shot with the camera is easy to edit on a smartphone using the Movie Edit add-on from the Imaging Edge™ Mobile app. The image stabilisation feature uses the camera's gyro sensor data to smooth out the video and compensate for camera shake. There's also an intelligent framing feature that uses camera data to let you crop video and change aspect ratios while ensuring that the main subject remains in the frame.

You can switch up your colours to create a variety of artistic effects. Just change the Creative Style setting, or choose from seven different visual effects using Picture Effect mode, without any additional post-production.
Flexible control over colour tones with S-Log3 support
If you want greater flexibility in adjusting colours during post-production, you'll appreciate the ZV-E10's support for S-Log3, the standard for maximising sensor performance in professional cameras. Natural, realistic-looking colours in 4K HDR movies can be achieved without post-production or colour grading, thanks to the camera's support for recording 4K HDR (High Dynamic Range) footage using the preset HLG picture profile.
Fine-tune your transitions when you switch focus
When you switch focus from one subject to another, you'll enjoy fine-grained control over AF Transition Speed. Transition speed controls whether to perform a quick transition or a more gradual one, with seven different levels available.
Create time-lapse movies
With the ZV-E10's interval shooting mode you can create evocative time-lapse movies assembled from still shots. The shooting interval can be adjusted from 1-60 seconds between shots, with up to 9,999 shots possible. You can see an in-camera preview of what the finished movie will look like, then use Sony's Imaging Edge Desktop on a PC to put together the final footage.
Live-stream setup is easy
With a single cable, the ZV-E10 can be used as an online communication tool, taking advantage of its large sensor and built-in mic. To use the ZV-E10 as an external camera, connect it to a PC or a Sony Xperia™ smartphone via a USB Type-C® cable connection. You can assign USB Streaming mode to a custom button for quick streaming.
Handle long shooting sessions without battery worries
When you're shooting outdoors or anywhere without a power supply, you can rely on the camera's battery to power up to 125 minutes of continuous movie shooting or up to 440 still images. The camera also supports external power through a USB Type-C® connector, allowing an external mobile battery to further extend your recording time.
Switch to AC power when you need to shoot for longer durations
When you're live-streaming or just engaging in an extended indoor shoot with access to an AC power supply, you can use an AC adaptor like the AC-PW20AM (sold separately) and never have to worry about running out of battery power.
Enhanced image stabilisation and editing functions
Camera-shake metadata is recorded by the built-in gyro, allowing handheld footage to be smoothed out and stabilised in post-production. Using Sony's Catalyst Browse / Catalyst Prepare desktop application you can easily balance automated shake-compensation and image-trimming levels. Catalyst can also make effective use of recorded camera-rotation data.

- All products must be purchased from Sony Store Online (Thailand). Receipt / tax invoice with the trackable order number is required.
- Returns and/or exchanges are only available for products that are deemed to be damaged in transit (ie: before you received it). In case of defective or out of order goods, goods return must be done within 7 days of receiving. After 7 days, goods return will not be accepted.
- Products must be returned in the original packaging, and should include any free gifts, warranties, manuals, and other accessories that came together with your item.
- Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded unless a replacement item is shipped out due to being damaged in transit, or faulty when opened.
- In case of refund, it will be based on value of the product at the date of sale only (per the price on the receipt).

A. To ensure that you get the parcel safely and to avoid any damages to your parcel while it is left unattended, we require a signature when our friendly delivery team comes to your house.

Q. What is the expected delivery time?
A. We are usually able to dispatch your items within 3 working days, if items are in-stock and fully paid. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday may take longer as it will only be processed on the next working day.
During sale/promotion period, we may experience a huge influx of orders which may mean a delay. Please allow us to dispatch your items usually within 5 working days.

Sony will assess and repair products within a reasonable time. This time frame will be communicated via the service team but may vary due to part availability or fault diagnosis. Where possible, all fees (labour, freight, assessment) will be communicated for purchases not covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Where a fault is not found, there may be a service fee involved.
Q. What happens to my data on a product that is repaired?
A. Please ensure, where possible, all data is backed up on recordable media (flash drives, computer hard drives, camera memory cards, mobile phone contacts. Depending on repair requirements, some data may be lost. Sony is not liable for any data not backed up.
Q. Are these products locally sourced, or parallel imported?

A. You may return goods we have delivered to you for repair by contacting our service team here. We understand that sometimes large items (TVs & stereos) cannot be shipped easily so our service team will happily arrange an inspection.
Sony will assess and repair products within a reasonable time. This time frame will be communicated via the service team but may vary due to part availability or fault diagnosis. Where possible, all fees (labour, freight, assessment) will be communicated for purchases not covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Where a fault is not found, there may be a service fee involved.

The ZV-E10 tells you at a glance that whether or not you are recording. A recording lamp on the front of the camera lights up in red, and the LCD monitor also displays a bold red frame, letting you know when recording is in progress.

Precise focus transitions for smooth-looking product reviews
With just the press of a button, you can activate the ZV-E10's Product Showcase Setting, ideal for product review videos. With the setting activated, whenever you hold a product up in front of the camera the focus will shift automatically to that object, and then back to your face again when you move the product out of frame. This setting is available even when image stabilisation is set to Active.
Easy background blur control
There's no need for complicated manual adjustments – just press a single button to turn background blurring (bokeh) on and off. The button switches between a blurred, bokeh-rich background and a clearly focused one, skipping all the complex setting.

The ZV-E10 is designed to produce healthy and natural-looking skin tones for everyone without extra editing. Thanks to the ZV-E10’s natural colour tuning, the camera automatically fine-tunes skin appearance.

The ZV-E10 features a Soft Skin Effect to smooth your skin's appearance. The feature is designed to smooth out your skin while preserving sharpness in the eye and mouth regions. You can select from four levels (from "off" to "high") to determine the level of this effect, depending on your preference.
Stay brightly lit wherever you go
Even when lighting conditions change abruptly, the ZV-E10 makes sure that you'll always be brightly lit. From direct sunlight and backlit angles to shadows and dimly lit interior corners, the camera detects the subject's face and automatically handles changes in brightness, performing rapid exposure adjustments to compensate.
Smooth and stable images even while walking
The ZV-E10 will help keep things smooth and steady when you're on the move. Active Mode electronic image stabilisation delivers stable video footage with minimal shake and blur during hand-held recording, and it's available even when the Product Showcase Setting is on.
Easy sped-up and slowed-down motion
The camera's Slow & Quick Motion modes record videos up to 5x slower than real time or up to 60x faster. You can record at up to 50 Mbps with full HD quality, and it's all done in-camera, so you don't need to do any editing on a PC. You can also do high-speed full HD recording at 120fps to create high-resolution slow-motion sequences in post production.
Designed for clear voice recording
Equipped with a built-in Directional 3-Capsule Mic, the ZV-E10 records voices clearly even in crowded settings. It's optimised to capture voices in front of the camera with fewer distracting ambient sounds, perfect for vlogging use.
Clear recording even outdoors
The ZV-E10 comes with a wind screen, allowing worry-free recording when shooting outside. The supplied wind screen can be easily attached to the Multi Interface (MI) Shoe to reduce noise in windy conditions.

Unlike with conventional analog audio transmission, you'll never need to worry about cable signal interference. Just pair the ZV-E10 with any Sony microphone that supports a Digital Audio Interface via an MI Shoe for clear, low-noise, all-digital audio. Easy sound monitoring

The Bluetooth®-enabled GP-VPT2BT grip (sold separately) provides easy, cable-free remote control of recording and zoom controls along with a custom button. The ZV-E10 makes it easy to share 4K movies and still images after shooting. Even when the camera is turned off, your images can continue to be transferred wirelessly from the camera to a smartphone, to be shared as soon as you’re ready.
Edit movies from your smartphone
Movie footage shot with the camera is easy to edit on a smartphone using the Movie Edit add-on from the Imaging Edge™ Mobile app. The image stabilisation feature uses the camera's gyro sensor data to smooth out the video and compensate for camera shake. There's also an intelligent framing feature that uses camera data to let you crop video and change aspect ratios while ensuring that the main subject remains in the frame.
Add special effects in-camera
You can switch up your colours to create a variety of artistic effects. Just change the Creative Style setting, or choose from seven different visual effects using Picture Effect mode, without any additional post-production.
Flexible control over colour tones with S-Log3 support
If you want greater flexibility in adjusting colours during post-production, you'll appreciate the ZV-E10's support for S-Log3, the standard for maximising sensor performance in professional cameras. Natural, realistic-looking colours in 4K HDR movies can be achieved without post-production or colour grading, thanks to the camera's support for recording 4K HDR (High Dynamic Range) footage using the preset HLG picture profile.
Fine-tune your transitions when you switch focus
When you switch focus from one subject to another, you'll enjoy fine-grained control over AF Transition Speed. Transition speed controls whether to perform a quick transition or a more gradual one, with seven different levels available.
Create time-lapse movies
With the ZV-E10's interval shooting mode you can create evocative time-lapse movies assembled from still shots. The shooting interval can be adjusted from 1-60 seconds between shots, with up to 9,999 shots possible. You can see an in-camera preview of what the finished movie will look like, then use Sony's Imaging Edge Desktop on a PC to put together the final footage.
Live-stream setup is easy
With a single cable, the ZV-E10 can be used as an online communication tool, taking advantage of its large sensor and built-in mic. To use the ZV-E10 as an external camera, connect it to a PC or a Sony Xperia™ smartphone via a USB Type-C® cable connection. You can assign USB Streaming mode to a custom button for quick streaming.
Handle long shooting sessions without battery worries
When you're shooting outdoors or anywhere without a power supply, you can rely on the camera's battery to power up to 125 minutes of continuous movie shooting or up to 440 still images. The camera also supports external power through a USB Type-C® connector, allowing an external mobile battery to further extend your recording time.
Switch to AC power when you need to shoot for longer durations
When you're live-streaming or just engaging in an extended indoor shoot with access to an AC power supply, you can use an AC adaptor like the AC-PW20AM (sold separately) and never have to worry about running out of battery power.
Enhanced image stabilisation and editing functions
Camera-shake metadata is recorded by the built-in gyro, allowing handheld footage to be smoothed out and stabilised in post-production. Using Sony's Catalyst Browse / Catalyst Prepare desktop application you can easily balance automated shake-compensation and image-trimming levels.
